Information you enter into the Platform — including case details, party names, facts, documents, and evidence — is stored in encrypted form associated with your account. This data is confidential and is not accessible to Company employees except for technical support purposes with your explicit consent.
We collect anonymized usage analytics including feature usage patterns, session duration, and error reports. This data does not include the contents of your case files.
If you contact us for support, we retain those communications to provide and improve service.
We do not use your case data to train AI models. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising targeting.

Case data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. All data transmissions use TLS 1.3. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and logged. We conduct regular security reviews and maintain incident response procedures.

The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Documents referencing minor children (e.g., in family-law proceedings) are treated under the general case data privacy protections above.
