The Platform provides tools for generating court documents, tracking legal deadlines, organizing case materials, and accessing jurisdictional information. The Platform is intended as a productivity tool for users managing their own legal matters.
Your use of this Platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Shuda Enterprises LLC or any of its employees, contractors, or associates. The Platform is not a substitute for professional legal counsel. Legal documents generated by the Platform are starting points that users must review and adapt to their specific circumstances.

The Platform, including its software, design, document templates, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of Shuda Enterprises LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret law. Documents generated by the Platform for your use are yours to retain; the underlying template systems and generation logic remain proprietary.
Access to the Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the beginning of each billing period. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHUDA ENTERPRISES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that documents generated will be accepted by any court, agency, or tribunal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of regional, Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
